Bellini Martini

Cut one of the peach wedges away from the skin and muddle in the bottom of a Martini glass. Add vodka, champagne and peach schnapps together and shake thoroughly over ice. Pour into glass and garnish with second peach wedge. White peaches don't muddle well, don't have good flavor and lose some of the drinks color.
