Drink Type: Martini
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. Hendrick's Gin
- 3/4 oz. Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 2 oz. Pear Juice
- 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
- 1 wedge(s) Lemon
Instructions
Combine ingredients and shake well. Strain up into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of pear. Pears must be cut a la minute otherwise they will turn brown, an alternative, easy garnish is a lemon wheel.
