Pour the Everclear and Red Wine Vinegar (or other tasty vinegar) into separate shot glasses. Drink the Everclear and chase with the vinegar immediately to cover up the alcohol burn with a different tasty burn. You can also mix the Everclear and vinegar in a shot glass.
