Ingredients
- 1 part(s) St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 2 part(s) Hendrick's Gin
- 3/4 part(s) Lemon Juice
- 1/4 part(s) Simple Syrup
- 1 Strawberry
- Champagne (Brut Rose)
Instructions
Muddle the strawberry in a shaker. Add the Gin, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup. Shake and strain over fresh rocks in a collins glass. Top with Brut Rosé or Brut Champagne. Garnish with a strawberry.
