This Rhum is selected from the best traditional rums. Maturation in oak barrels develops its trademark mellowness and flavor. Baita Rhum is perfect for cocktails, grogs, and use in the kitchen. A favorite with the locals is Ti' Punch. The name comes from the local pronunciation of the French word petit and the more easily pronounced English word punch. Mix one part cane syrup and four parts of rum in a small glass, then garnish with lime peel and ice. Grog is a winter drink made from the rum in France: A measure of rum with three or four measures of hot water with lemon juice and a lemon slice.
