Distilled nine times in small batches, using traditional copper Alambic stills. Four particular French wheat grains were selected for their delecate and harmonious flavors. Each wheat grain is separated from its chaff before distillation in order to eliminate any bitterness. Only the pure Gensac spring water from the Cognac area was used, filtered naturally for centuries through Grande Champagne limestone. It is micro-oxygenated just after distillation, like First Growth Bordeaux wines. And finally Jean-Marc XO Vodka is charcoal-filtered through Limousin oak.
