100 % natural apéritif. Produced according to traditional manufacturing methods: maceration into alcohol of "griottes Montmorency" cherries and darker and sweeter cherries (giving to the Guignolet its specific colour and aroma ), to which is added a dash of kirsch. 16% alcohol.
