Bushmill's Irish Whiskey

A smoky flavoured whiskey produced in Ireland. It is distilled at the world's oldest licensed whiskey distillery, the "Old Bushmills" Distillery, licensed in 1608. Uses malted barley that is dried in a closed kiln, giving the whiskey a light, clean taste. Made from a combination of a single malt and a single grain and triple-distilled in copper pot stills. Natural ingredients from the surrounding countryside include: ripe, Irish barley and fresh spring water from St. Columb's Rill, a tributary of the River Bush. Aged a minimum of four years in oak casks. After aging, matured whiskey is blended with light grain whiskey to enhance its smoothness. Bottled at 80-proof.
