Drink Type: Hot Drink
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Irish Whiskey
- 5 oz. Coffee
- 2 tsp. Brown Sugar
- 2 oz. Whipped Cream
Instructions
Preheat an Irish Coffee Mug with hot water. Pour in Irish Whiskey. Add brown sugar and stir well making sure that the sugar is dissolved and the ingredients are well mixed. Add whipped cream by pouring it over a teaspoon and letting it flow onto the surface of the coffee. To obtain the true flavour of the Irish Coffee do not stir the drink after adding the cream. Simply drink it through the cream.
