Drink Type: Cocktail
- 1 oz. Sake (rose petal infused)
- 1/2 oz. Russian Standard Vodka (rose petal infused)
- 1/2 oz. Rose Water
- 1 splash(es) Ginger Syrup
- Sparkling Wine (Cremant d'Alsace)
Shake all ingredients in Boston shaker, strain into a cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine, 2 grinds of Grains of Desire spice (dried rose petals, dried ginger, dried nutmeg, peppercorn, dried ginseng). Float sparkling wine. Garnish with a rose bud. Pre-make infusion of Rose petals, Sake and Russian Standard Vodka.
