Drink Type: Cocktail
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Light Rum
- 2 oz. Napa Valley Limoncello XO
- 3 tbsp. Coconut Cream
- 3 tbsp. Pineapple
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into an electric blender with 2 cups of crushed ice. Blend until the desired consistency is reached. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with Napa Valley Limoncello and garnish with a slice of fruit.
