Drink Type: Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 oz. Vodka
- 1/3 oz. Pisang Ambon
- 1/3 oz. Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 2/3 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream
- 3 1/3 oz. Pineapple Juice
Instructions
Shake well and serve in a highball glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple, a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint. You can also serve this drink in a melon cut in half with the seeds and most of the flesh removed.
