Drink Type: Hot Drink



First pour some orange juice on a plate and sugar on another plate. Dip the rim of the glass into the orange juice and then dip in the sugar. Then crystallize the sugar on the glass over an open flame (Optional). Pourf anisette into the glass. Add about 3-4 pinches of cinnamon and two dashes of squeezed orange for zest. Add desired amount of coffee. Add about one full scoop of vanilla ice cream. Get a metal ladle and pour Kahlua into it. Hover the ladle of Kahlua over the open flame until it catches fire then add it to the drink. Stirring is optional and then...Enjoy!
