Drink Type: Hot Drink
Moisten the rim of the glass with a slice of lemon. Dip the rim into a dish of caster sugar. Pour the Cognac, Cointreau, Blue Curacao and icing sugar in a saucepan over a medium-high heat and heat until bubbling at the outer edges. Pour in a blender and add the soda water. Blend until frothy. Pour into the sugar-rimmed glass.
