Ikon True Russian Vodka was the official vodka for Houston's Consular Forum Reception on April 5th. The 2005 Consular Ball Chairperson , Elizabeth Arlington welcomed the consular corps as well as the Russian diplomatic staff in attendance. An exciting array of Russian artistic talent was on hand to entertain invited quests. Nikolai Didenko, soloist from Moscow's Nova Opera and Houston Grand Opera, performed as well as pianist Zoya Shuatovitch. Paintings by Russian artists were also on display.
