Monin Lychee Syrup

Lychees, also known as litchis, are native to Asia. Records say that in China, lychees have been enjoyed since more than 2,000 years ago.

Once the lychee is peeled, a pearly white, sweet and firm flesh appears. Lychees are excellent eaten fresh or sun-dried as "lychee nuts".

Monin Lychee Syrup combines a sweet, exotic flavor with a melon-like aroma and a brilliant golden color. Lychee Martinis cross cultures behind the bar, while lychee lattes are a delightful, trend-setting twist on a classic.
