Ingredients

2 dash(es) Orange Bitters
1 1/2 oz. Espolon Tequila Blanco
3/4 oz. Tea (Hibiscus, chilled)
3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Ruby Port

Instructions

Shake ingredients together with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. For garnish, twist a strip of orange peel over the top.

2 dash(es) Wormwood (Bitters)
1 1/2 oz. Espolon Tequila Reposado
1 oz. Syrup (Chile Piquin-Cinnamon Syrup)
1/2 oz. Frangelico
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

Instructions

Shake ingredients together and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.

1 tsp. Agave Nectar (Infused with Apple Butter)
1 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Apple Cider (Vinegar Shrub)

Instructions

Muddle apple chunks in bottom of a mixing glass. Shake all ingredients together with ice and double strain into a rocks glass over ice. Top with apple cider foam and drizzle with blackstrap molasses.

Instructions

Pour the Courvoisier VSOP, apricot brandy and dark cacao into a cocktail shaker before adding the marmalade. Stir briskly. Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Instructions

Pre-make hot chocolate and chill. Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a shot glass.

2 tbsp. Syrup (Pumpkin Spice)
1 1/2 cup(s) Coffee
1 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 cup(s) Sauza Blue Silver Tequila

Instructions

In a saucepan, combine cream with pumpkin syrup, sugar, vanilla and spice. Brew your coffee and divide it between two mugs. To each mug add half of the Sauza Blue Tequila and the cream mixture and stir. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.

Instructions

Combine Cockspur, Applejack and cinnamon in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an apple slice.

Instructions

Dice apples and set aside. Mix all ingredients together in pitcher. Add in apples. Let sit for at least 12 hours.
