(Southern). The agreement grants Southern the exclusive rights to sell Deutsch's award-winning portfolio of wine and spirits in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, New York, South Carolina, Nevada and New Mexico, and provides exclusive brokerage rights in Mississippi. The agreement brings Deutsch's long-standing partnership with Southern to a new level, further increasing Southern's commitment, focus and investment in the Deutsch portfolio of category-leading brands.
