Paris Hilton celebrates 30th Birthday

To toast her Moulin Rouge themed birthday party, the signature drink of the night was a Lucid absinthe sorbet - created with liquid nitrogen - to inspire all the guests to celebrate with the Green Fairy.

Lucid Sorbet
In Honor of Paris Hilton's Birthday. (this can be enjoyed as a cocktail, over ice - or sorbet style)

• 1 part Lucid absinthe
• 1 part simple syrup
• 2 parts Lemonade

Mix all ingredients together in a large metal bowl. Wisk well and slowly add liquid nitrogen for sorbet. Wisk until frozen consistency.
