Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Cocktails Go Canada Go!
Enjoy some exclusive Vancouver 2010 cocktails inspired by the colourful rings! Perfect for cheering on a gold medal at a party, or sipping on while reading the paper, these cocktails are fun, festive and delicious!

Shake all ingredients over ice, strain onto fresh ice in a highball glass and garnish with Star fruit.
Pacific SKYY Blue
Mix ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass.
Prepare SKYY Passion Fruit and orange juice in a tall mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Top with 7-up and garnish with a slice of orange.
Tullamore Dew Irish Coffee
Fill an Irish coffee glass with very hot water to preheat then empty. Pour hot coffee into hot glass until it is about 3/4 full. Drop in 2 cocktail sugar cubes; stir until sugar is thoroughly dissolved. Add full jigger of Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey for proper taste and body. Top with a collar of lightly whipped cream by pouring gently over a spoon. Enjoy it while piping hot.
Shake ingredients with ice in a shaker. Pour into a glass, and garnish with raspberries.
Pour Campari and Cinzano Rosso Vermouth over ice in a rocks or highball glass. Add a splash of club soda. Garnish with an orange twist.
