Celebrate National Tomato Month with an ABSOLUT Bloody Mary

On behalf of ABSOLUT, Happy National Tomato Month! Join us as we celebrate with a classic cocktail to kick off the fall season. Whether you like your Bloody Mary extra spicy, or with all the fixings, there is something about the fresh tomato juice and perfect blend of spices that has kept the drink a favorite for more than 75 years.

To celebrate, I wanted to pass along our signature ABSOLUT Bloody Mary recipe, a “fast” twist on the classic and a Farmers Market Bloody Mary – for those that will be picking their tomatoes fresh from the market, in honor. ABSOLUT WORLD'S FASTEST BLOODY MARY
  • 1 oz. ABSOLUT PEPPAR
  • 1 cherry tomato
  • Pinch of salt

Dip cherry tomato in salt; drink ABSOLUT as shot, follow with cherry tomato- voila!

ABSOLUT BLOODY MARY
  • 1 1/2 parts ABSOLUT PEPPAR
  • 4 parts V8 Tomato Juice
  • 2 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 dashes of Tabasco Sauce
  • 1/4 part fresh lemon juice
  • inch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

 

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice and roll back and forth. Pour into highball glass and garnish with a lemon wheel and a lime wheel

ABSOLUT Farmers Market Mary
  • 1 part ABSOLUT PEPPAR
  • 3 parts V8 Tomato Juice
  • 1/4 part Cynar Artichoke Liqueur
  • 1/4 part lemon juice
  • 1/2 part Guinness Beer
  • 3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 dashes Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce
  • 6 pieces Muddled Arugula
  • 1 block Parmesan Cheese

 

Muddle arugula and Cynar in mixing glass. Add rest of ingredients with ice and roll. Pour into highball glass and grate parmesan cheese on top
