Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Inc. [Fortune Brands, Inc. (NYSE:FO)], a global leader in premium spirits and wine, and Jim Beam Bourbon, the Official Spirit of Racing, are continuing their partnership with Robby Gordon Motorsports (RGM). Jim Beam is the primary sponsor of the No. 7 Jim Beam Dodge driven by team owner and veteran driver Robby Gordon during the 2008 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and in his No. 55 Dodge Charger at Watkins Glen in the Nationwide Series season. The 2008 partnership with RGM will significantly expand the presence of Jim Beam in the world of motorsports by adding off-road racing events, while maintaining a strong position in NASCAR and at the Indianapolis 500 races.

Jim Beam will continue to be an official sponsor of the 92nd running of the Indianapolis 500 through a partnership with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This sponsorship, as well as a season-long sponsorship of the Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte, N.C., makes it possible to once again provide Jim Beam racing fans the opportunity to experience the Jim Beam 1100 – two historic races totaling 1100 miles on the same day. Jim Beam will continue its recent Memorial Day Weekend tradition by offering race fans the opportunity to win a VIP trip for four to attend both the Indianapolis 500 and the NASCAR 600-mile race at Lowe's Motor Speedway on Sunday, May 25, 2008 by signing up through regular mail or online at jimbeam.com.  Jim Beam will sponsor Team Penske IndyCar Series drivers Helio Castroneves and Ryan Briscoe in addition to NASCAR driver/team owner Robby Gordon to further support the Jim Beam 1100 promotion.

In addition, Jim Beam will support driver Robby Gordon's H3 Hummer entry in a number of high-profile, international off-road races, including the rescheduled Dakar Rally in Budapest, Hungary from April 20-26, 2008.
