iDrink, one of the commercial cocktail sites.  They have a nice search engine and a large collection of recipes.  While sites like the Webtender and BarNone are private ventures, iDrink has a more corporate feel.  If you can't find a recipe on your favourite site, try them.  iDrink has lots of advertising and pop-ups and pop-unders so your surfing experience may not be the greatest.
