I had a frozen drink on my honeymoon in Jamaica called a hummingbird. It had Tia Maria, bananas, grenadine syrup, and rum cream in it I think. Problem is, I don't know the amounts. Please let me know.

Sounds like you have found a Jamaican cousin to the banana daquiri.
I have never heard of this or made one but this is what you would get if you ordered that from me...1. Mix 1-1 1/2 oz of Jamaican rum with 2 oz of banana daquiri mix. Blend smooth with a splash of half and half plus 1 glass of ice from the glass you will serve it in.
2. Swirl a splash of grenadine in the bottom and up the sides of the serving glass.
3. Fill with banana daquiri (quickly before the grenadine runs back down)
4. Swirl splash of Tia Maria into top of drink. If you had not told me the entire list of ingredients; I probably would have turned the banana daquiri green with some Midori so it would look more like a hummingbird.
