Hi, I am having a party in 3 weeks.  I want to mix Mai Tai's, Pina Coladas, Mudslides and Margaritas in 1 gallon milk jugs the night before and put them on ice.  Does anyone know what the measurements would be to make a gallon of each?  Also, has anyone premade these and had any trouble with it turning back or curdling, etc.?
Thanks, Sue

Sue,
Look at the gallon jugs as if they were a regular cocktail glass. Usually the alcohol content will take up about 1/8 to 1/4 of the glass.....so just pour alcohol up to 1/4 of the gallon milk jug.
And yes, those recipes will hold overnight in the fridge!

Have fun
Cheers!
