I've heard that you can fill a watermelon with like vodka, and it will ferment or something but I would like to know specifics on how to do it and what it will do

One of two ways, and you dont' ferment it either way. You can either cut a large enough hole in the watermelon to fit the end of the bottle in and just upend the bottle. You might spill some, but just like a water cooler at an office, most of the vodka will stay in the bottle, it will slowly seep out into the fruit. When you cut the fruit open, the vodka will be in it. that is the hard way.
Easy way, scoop out a section of the melon like a boat and pour the vodka in it, the vodka will soak in. Usually give it about five hours or so to distribute, keep it as cool as possible both methods.
For best results, (or worst) use pure grain for that extra kick :)
