In a shaker, put in:

ice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 ounce frangelico
1 ounce amaretto

strain into a dizzy cocktail glass or highball glass

add

6 ounces of buttermilk

garnish with a lemon twist
