There is no better way to celebrate the start of 2012 than with a champage toast. I like using pomegranate schnapps, a flavor at its peak during December, to make the champagne more bright and festive during the holidays. I hope you enjoy it too, Cheers!

2 parts Pomegranate Schnapps (Hiram Walker brand)
3 parts champagne (Mumm Napa Brut or Perrier Jouët Champagne)
Stir gently. Garnish with a strawberry
