Muddle together in a shaker 2 slices of jalapeno and a few shots of bitters.

Add;

1 ½ oz Gin
¾ oz St. Germaine
¾ oz Limoncello
½ oz Jalapeno honey mixture (½ honey ½ hot water - microwave the honey for a few seconds to liquefy)
¾ oz of Lime Juice
Mix in shaker and strain into cold martini glass,
Top with a dash of cayenne pepper and a jalapeno slice
