The Dipinto:

• 6cl Vermouth Rosso
• 6cl Natural orange juice

Place about 6 icecubes in a low glass, Pour 6cl of red vermouth (I used Martini Rosso) over the ice, and add the same amount of orange juice (no sugar added).
DON'T stir, so the drink preserves a heterogenous amber texture (hence the name Dipinto, meaning the painting).
