Like said, any articles on upselling, or just making guests feel as though they are that much more at home. I'm pretty new to bartending, worked my way up from Bouncer w/ small barbacking responsibilites (ice, canned/bottled beer restocking.) Ultimately, making the bar more money would also help me out a little too, not to mention making me look good Thanks everyone.
