I've been inspired to stir up the Cherry Gin Fizz cocktail as February is National Cherry month. The juniper notes in gin are a great match with cherry-flavored liqueurs and the soda adds a nice effervesence. Definitely give this refreshing cocktail a try! Cheers!  

1½ parts Beefeater Gin
½ part Hiram Walker Kirschwasser
½ part Hiram Walker Cherry Flavored Brandy
½ part Lime Juice
Fill with Club Soda

Mix first four ingredients in tall glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with cherry and lime wedge.
