Here are a few of my favorites that utilize the great flavors of in-season fruits:
o Strawberry Kir: 1 part Hiram Walker® Créme de Strawberry, 4 parts chilled dry white wine. Serve in a wine glass with or without ice. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
o Blueberry Passion Mojito: 2 parts Seagram’s Rum, 2 parts Hiram Walker® Blueberry Passion Schnapps, Juice of 1 large lime, 4-6 large mint leaves, Splash Club Soda. Muddle mint leaves in Collins glass until essence is released. Add ice to fill glass. Add lime juice, rum and Blueberry Schnapps. Pour into shaker and pour back into glass.
o Idonis: 1½ parts ABSOLUT® Vodka, 1 part Hiram Walker® Apricot Flavored Brandy, 1 part Pineapple Juice. Serve over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
