When you see Rose's Lime Juice turning dark does that mean it is spoiled? I have had it served to me in bars. sometimes it tastes bad and sometimes it doesn't. I have been told that is the way it was delivered by the supplier.

I have used Rose's Lime Cordial for almost 2 decades now and I've never seen it turn color. I haven't, however, ever had one sit in the sunlight either, so maybe that's your answer. I'll tell you this though - if someone says it was delivered that way or it's meant to be that way or any other excuse as to why its not its normal light lime green color, they don't know what they're talking about!
