This Scotch Whiskey Aperitif is made at the Kinnard Mansion, in Scotland and was provided to you in your room, when you stayed there.  They have since closed their doors to guests this past October.  I have tried my best to get the recipe, but all I have is it is made with ginger root and spices.  It is very smooth and it is a sipping drink.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.  I don't even know the brand of Scotch Whiskey to use.
