I have a lovely bottle of arak sitting on my shelf and a Syrian friend has instructed me on the proper way to drink it in the traditional way. Now what? Arak and water is lovely, but what else can you do with it? (and don't say -- just use it in place of anis or Sambuca -- the results are not encouraging)
Are there any arak cocktail recipes out there?
