Both of these are on the sweeter side. The girls love them, but they are good for the guys too!

Wedding Cake Martini
2 oz Vanilla Vodka (Stoli or better)
2 oz Pineapple Juice (add more or less for acidity)
Splash of Frangelico (just a splash)

Shake over Ice then serve in a sugar rimmed Martini glass with a cherry, tastes just like a wedding cake!

Irish Twit
2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
2 oz Tuaca

Serve stirred on the rocks or shake over ice and strain into martini glass. Either way its heaven and very strong!
