Okay, here is a shot that my customers made up one drunken nite, by closing time they were waddling out like peguins!!

Pendleton Penguin

3/4 oz Dr. Magillicudy's Cherry
1/2 oz Pendleton Whiskey

Shake over ice and serve in a chilled shot glass

If you don't know what Pendleton is, it is a very smooth Canadian whiskey, with a great smell and flavor. I have customers who have taken cases of it to Sturgis, SD with them and come back empty handed!!
