I couldn't find a drink with those exact ingredients in the database. At the end of the day, does it really need a name? As long as everyone enjoys it, then great. Suprise them, keep it a mystery, create a little something special, that's what its all about. Alternatively, just make a name up.

Closest I could find is that it is either a variation of a Candy Apple cocktail, or a Cherry Popper Shooter.

I like TikiTom's "Dirty Shirley Temple." but with Raz Stoli, grenadine and sprite..since most taps dont carry 7up.
