Basically due to a shift round of some senior staff and with people being promoted to compensate for this a supervisor job has recently become available and i would really like to get it. I have worked at the nightclub for a year now and i know im in with a good chance when the interviews start however, i need some ideas/suggestions to impress the management staff. Anything from promo nights to improving sales or productivity. Absolutely any suggestions and ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
