As you can probably tell from my screen name I love Mai Tais. There is a restaurant in Illinois in the suburbs called the Village Squire, their Mai Tai's ROCK. Several years ago I was given the recipe by a bartender and while I was a vacation someone threw it away . Well I am looking for it again, so if you used to bartend at the Village Squire in Illinois and know the recipe, it is long and very specific, respond to me.
