The most recent knock-you-down version of liquid cocaine I've heard of is as follows:
1/3 rumpleminze (84 proof)
1/3 jagermeister (70 proof)
1/3 151 rum (151 proof)
For even more fun, you can substitute everclear 190 proof for the 151 rum.

Try this:
15 ml Red AfterShock
10 ml Jim Beam
the aftershock is first, and then the Jim! That's a shot with layers!

If you are looking for something sweet that will get you drunk try shots that are 1/2 reg vodka & 1/2 flavored vodka (most brands have MANY flavors) and are also 40%.
Liquid Cocaine is good - Goldschlager is 40% and Jagermeister is 35%

1/2 jager
second shoot glass upside down(recess in bottom of glass) pour 151
take the first shot then through a cocktail straw snort the 151 if you are unaffected by this then just start hitting your head with a hammer.

1/2 vodka
1/4 silver tequila
1/4 white rum
I tend to have a few of those and an irish carbomb to get a night started the right way.

you need a saucer, shot galass, napkin, slin jim straw and most importantly kahlua and sambuca.
1, put 20ml of kahlua on saucer
2, place the shot glass in center of saucer and fill with sambuca
3, light the sambuca and let flames spill over the edge to light the kahlua
4, hold the slim jim over the flames to catch the flames ror 30 seconds
5, cover the slim jim with the napkin to trap the gas
6, drink the shot first then suck the kahlua through the straw then pierce the napkin with the straw and suck the gas
* remember gas rises so there is no point in suckin the gas from the bottom of the slim jim, suck slowly from the bottom to the top.
remember drink responsibly

I had this shot in Santa Fe, Texas about 4 years ago in 2005. I went into this place ask for there strongest shot type of drink. He said Mach 5 the recipe is this:
(Make sure all liquor is cold unless you like it warm)
First grab a 12 oz glass
Mix:
3/4oz 100 Proof Gold schalger
3/4 oz 100 Proof wild Turkey
3/4 oz 100 Proof Rumplemintz
3/4 oz 100 Proof Southern Comfort
3/4 oz 151 Proof Bacardi 151
Combine and drink entire shot at once. I had 1 and could not drink the rest of the evening.
If you wanna get stupid add 3/4 oz Everclear with that recipe and go get a bucket for the evening. :-)

Flatliner Shooter
1/2 oz Sambucca
1/2 oz Tequila
Tobasco
Pour the Sambucca in the shot glass first, then pour enough tabasco on top of the Sambucca so that it creates a layer of red. Layer the Tequila on top of that. The result is a clear shot with a red line running through the center - hence the name.

Cheers!
