1 shot Jack Daniels
1 shot pineapple juice
1/4 teaspoon sugar
~6 oz Ginger Ale
Ice

I put the Jack and pineapple in a rocks glass, add the Ginger Ale and then the sugar last, which creates a little bit of a white head on the top.


I came up with this on the fly but haven't found it listed anywhere?
