Does anyone know if this is equivalent to Baily's?

From what I've been able to uncover it appears that it is, for most things, comparable.  The addition of wine to the blend may cause it to react differently to certain mixers, but I would think that for most drinks you could probably use it.  I wouldn't use it with any delicate flavors, but for shooters or on the rocks, you should be able to switch the two without many objections.
