when i was deployed, we made a fun drink in a pineapple. i bought one today for the fourth and have rum (capt morgan), but can't find any fun recipes.
anyone have any suggestions? liquor store closes in four hours!!!

Hey,
Not near my collection of books, but the most obvious that comes to mind is just cutting a hole in the pineapple and pouring the Captain Morgan's in. Let it sit for a couple of hours. Pour the liquid into a cocktail glass over ice and garnish with pieces of the pineapple.
You could look at making Pina Colada's as well.
