Hi. I plan to soak a whole/cut up fresh pineapple in vodka for a Hawaiian party. Anyone have tips on how to make it really good?

try saving half the hollowed out shell of the pineapple and skewer the pineapple chunks with a cherry (also soaked) then stick the skewers into the half pineapple (cut side down). should make an interesting presentation. enhance the platter with maybe some shredded coconut and cut limes.
