Ok,

The people over at WineX Magazine have been great, providing articles for our newsletter. Now, it's time for us here at BarNone to give you, our subscribers a chance to get something back from us. Between now and the end of May, submit a topic idea for The Raven to write on. The top idea(s) will be chosen and the lucky winner(s) will receive a subscription to WineX magazine.

Any questions?

Start submitting an idea for The Raven. Don't forget to register in the forums and include your email in the registration so I can contact you if you win.

Cheers and good luck,

Dan

Ok, if I post do I get an entry?

Come on people, this isn't hard. I'll start the ball rolling.

How about an article on Bailey's Irish Cream, or other Cream liqueurs. (Man Raven is going to kill me cause that was his idea. I posted it first though!)

It's just that easy. Other candidates might include:

Your favourite drinking game
The history of a cocktail
Your favourite alcohol
Some bartending tools

You get the idea. I don't want to go through the month and not give away something :)

Cheers,

Dan

Dan, Dan, Dan...my friend, you keep doing those things you shouldn't do. You've got to change your evil ways or you'll learn why a group of crows is called what it's called.

Yes, I will be doing a short trip around the world on cream liquers, but that won't come until June or so. I've got an import that I picked up a few weeks back and now I'm on the lookout for other exotic types to include. In addition to suggestions for articles, I'd also like to see suggestions for exotic boozes that I can research and share. If anyone has come across a bottle of something you think myself, Dan or any of our readers might never have seen, post it and I'll find out everything I can.

Be sure to check out May's article...we're going deep into a tale of terror.

I must away...there's something scratching at my window lattice...

Hi there, I'm new to this world. I think that some great topics would be how to select the right tequilla's, which ones are worth the money, which ones are for mixing, and which are for drinking. I'm a tequilla lover, and I have a very large selection, but i need to increase my knowledge when recommending tequilla's, and when buying them also.

Another idea would be about barley wines, I started drinkng them a few years ago, and I think that a short educational seminar on barley wines would be soemthing that could benefit everyone.

Well, that's all I have for now. I hope that you like my suggestions. So far I love this site, so hopefully I find the time to share more often.

Thanks,

tyrag
