Ingredients

2 oz. Blended Scotch Whisky - (more)
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar - (more)
1 tsp. Water - (more)
1/2 Lemon (Juice of, fresh) - (more)

Instructions

Pour the sugar, water and lemon juice into an old-fashioned glass. Add ice and wait for sugar to dissolve. Pour in blended Scotch whisky and stir. Garnish with the twist of a lemon peel.
