Ingredients

2 oz. Blended Scotch Whisky (more Blended Scotch Whisky drinks)
Carbonated Water (more Carbonated Water drinks)

Instructions

Pour blended Scotch whisky into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Garnish with the twist of a lemon peel and serve.
