Ingredients

2 oz. Cognac (more Cognac drinks)
2 oz. Aguardiente (more Aguardiente drinks)
3 dash(es) Bitters (more Bitters drinks)
Brown Sugar al gusto (more Brown Sugar drinks)
Club Soda (more Club Soda drinks)

Instructions

Mix the first four ingredients in a mixing cup, and pour them into a tall glass full of ice. Add a lemon peel or sprigs of mint and top off with club soda.
